MPEG-4 - CELP targets applications that
require voice compression at low bit-rate.
This new standard enables various uses and applications while
grouping all the available configuration of the different
previous CELP standards.
This product has been optimized for Texas Instruments DSP
TMS320C67x for real-time implementation on embedded systems.
Flexible solution, MPEG-4 - CELP allows different usage such
as: configurable bitrate (from 3.85 to 23 Kbps), sampling
frequency (8 to 16 kHz), excitation mode (MPE and RPE),
bandwidth (3.3 or 7 kHz), ...
